My appointment was 8am, I did not receive a call or text that the car was done. I finally called after 4:00 to find out if it was ready and waited 10 minutes to get the answer. This was the first time in the four years that this happened. Just wanted to make the department aware .

We were told our Tacoma battery had a bad cell and need replaced at approximately 37000+ miles. We wondered why it would need replaced so soon and we were not having issues. We were quoted $319 for the battery along with an extra fee to install it. We priced the same battery at Hubler Toyota and Andy Mohr which was $202 and $212.00. Why was the same battery at your dealership over $100+ dollars more?? This made us question whether the battery was truly bad too. We had it tested and it was ok. We drive 1.5 hours one way to your dealership with multiple vehicles because we felt like we could trust the service there. After this truly negative experience I am not sure we will feel comfortable coming back there once again.
