I was reasonably well pleased, but the left rear taillight was not the correct assembly initially, then the one that was installed was about 2X the cost of the first estimate. I requested the positive (+) battery cable replacement, but Service Installed a cable Plus a $198 battery (which I approved but would prefer to discuss status of the original battery earlier in the process. Otherwise, I was very pleased with this device work.

Tech. diagnosed a tire issue I was concerned about, took me out to the shop area to show me the problem, altered the service plan to save me money, and had estimates prepared for my consideration.

I have always been so pleased with the service I receive from Toyota of Terre Haute. I have gotten service on my Toyota Pruus C - 2012 since I purchased it in 2013. As I said, I have ALWAYS been pleased with the service I received on my Toyota from your business. Thank you!

Katie was very kind and helpful, the service was also done quickly , but as soon as I got into my car I noticed grease stains in the interior of the car, my car was brand new and was its very first service, I told Katie right away, she apologized and took back my car to clean it, after they cleaned it you still can see the grease stains. You need to do a better job preventing this mistakes, not satisfied with all this.

Barb Roseberry was extremely helpful with my service experience yesterday. She explained any issues found with the inspection of my vehicle and was very thoughtful in setting up additional repairs on my vehicle.
