Tim Baker is the best service rep I have worked with in the past few years. It was an expensive repair and he handled everything well. Greg Ortiz in parts was also very helpful. Much better experience than I often have with my yearly oil change.

Katie was so nice and helpful to me. I needed to get my Highlander in for its 5000 mile check today because of a family medical issue on Wednesday and she got me right in and out quickly and with a smile. Katie is GREAT!

I was pleased with the service. At first, I wasn’t sure if I was happy about the arrangement, as far as not being able to pick up my car when I needed it, and there was no loaner available. But Barb went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were taken care of. Barb made sure that I was able to have my vehicle back when I needed it. She is a great representative for Toyota!
