The service writer was very helpful as to the possible problem and repair cost estimate. The wait time was short in the comfortable waiting area. Repair cost estimate was right on with no surprises at checkout.

Told me that repairs would be about $600, actual cost was $1300. Also told me work would take 3hrs and I waited 5hrs! Very displeased!!!

I brought the car in with ac issues back in January. Was told there was nothing wrong. Eventually the heater box was replaced. From what I can tell, not really related to the ac. Brought the car back in May as the ac wasn't working again. Freon was added. Brought the car back now as the ac isn't working. Now that the warranty has expired, I'm told the ac condenser is leaking on both sides due to corroded mounting brackets. I have a hard time believing this issue wasn't present in May.... and that corrosion wasn't likely visible back in January and likely the cause of the failing ac back when it was still covered under the platinum warranty I purchased.
