I had a 9:15 a.m. appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and checked in at 9:11 a.m., and received the vehicle inspection text at 11:10 a.m. and the text of the post work update at 11:14, which was 3 minutes after I drove out of the dealership. I had asked for an update on my REV 4 and someone found it for me. I also told them when I checked in that I wanted the cabin air filter changed because of the Canadian smoke. It was listed on the inspection report as necessary, but was not replaced. I didn't see that report until I checked the vehicle out. This was very unusual service. Usually the service and communication has been very good over the many years we have owned Toyotas.

For some unfathomable reason, you allowed a hack to repair the scratch on my car, that was caused between August 8 and August 14 on your lot. A subpar, inferior paint job was done on my $27,000 car outside, on your lot, in the rain. I brought the car to a professional, reputable body shop, St. Francis Collision and Glass. They examined the car, and, assessed the damage caused by Carlson Toyota to be $2,515.84. They also revealed to me the hail damage on the hood of my 2022 Prius, that was not disclosed to me by Carlson Toyota. This horrible experience was punctuated with lies, deceit and lack of transparency by the staff of Carlson Toyota.

I think I sent this before but I will send it again. I received great service. He is a very nice young man. I would vote for him to get a raise. Oh and he was very busy and wanted me to have the best service Toyota has!!

I had a brand new t shirt in the backseat of my vehicle when I dropped my car off to get an oil change. I jumped into my vehicle after it was done and no t shirt in the backseat. I looked everywhere for it. I’m not accusing the technician of stealing it, maybe it fell out of the car when they were changing the oil. I’m not a happy customer right now

I told them about an issue and it was not looked at while I was there. He basically disregarded it and said you make another appointment. They never took the car for a drive to check the problem. I have hearing an odd noise when I make a u turn, not even cranking all the way and I was completely disregarded! Not happy about the service .
