It took over 3 hours to hear anything back after vehicle check in. I called multiple times and only ever got sent to voicemail. Voicemail messages that I left were not returned. This was a disappointing experience.

I am pleased to see an emphasis on customer friendly staff. The previous 5 or 6 years, staff seemed to view my business as an inconvenience. No one seemed happy to work there and it showed. After purchasing at least 7 vehicles, I switched to other dealerships and purchased my last 4 vehicles elsewhere. My only tie to Carlson Toyota now is my Tundra. This experience was very good so if it continues, I might consider them again.

Service rep that helped me was great. When I arrived they didn't have a reservation for me. I called and made the reservation days before. Long wait to be greeted when I arrived

Are leaving my appt. Noticed my car was leaking large amounts of oil. Took into another place as I live an hour away from Carlson. Found out the bolts were not screwed in.

The service member helping me was very nice! The problem was that my appointment was for 4:30, I don't think they started on my car until after 5, and they took OVER 1.5 hours to do an oil change. Although I had an appointment, it did not seem to make a difference to manage the time I waited. I also did not receive a car wash the last couple of visits. It was even posted that there would be complimentary car wash vouchers. Pretty dissatisfied and I may be going to another dealer next time.
