Overall it was a good experience but I ended up being there for 4 hours, because of a mix up and they started another car before mine. I just would have appreciated being kept up to date. I understand things happen but not keeping your customer informed is not OK.

My last review said connection timed out. Anyway, I really just wanted to make sure my review gets submitted On a scale of 0 to 10 with 10 being the highest, I’m going to rate Neil at a 1. He failed to call to update me not once about my car. Car was in for a total of 28 hours with 0 updates. Customer left scrambling with no vehicle and no apology from Carlson.

No, not today. During my pre scheduled oil change, after an hour of waiting for completion rcvd the following msg: Requires Immediate Attention Est. Cost: $170.00 Issue: OIL LEAKING Correction: RECOMMEND FURTHER INSPECTION BY REPAIR TECHNICIAN No option to complete a diagnosis at this visit &/or a fix. Your vehicle oil change is complete. Pay & exit. Make a new appointment, should be available for that at Toyota in a week or two. I am no longer a satisfied Carlson customer. Tammy M

I had my tire pressures set correctly. When your dealership rotated the tires they adjusted the tire pressures and left off two of the value stem caps. I had all 4 tires within 1 psi, when returned to me they were off by as much as 5 psi. This is the second time I’ve had trouble with simple tire rotation at your dealership. Why should I continue to have this done at Toyota??? Discount Tire will rotate for free and do it correctly.
