My car was damaged while being serviced. The running board on the passenger side of my Pacifica was damaged. I’m waiting for this to be resolved. Nick was very professional handling this issue. I appreciate his efforts to help bring this to resolution.

The service department tried to charged me for service a maintenance service that was already covered under my Toyota Care package, which includes 30,000 mile service. Resolving this required coordination between the finance and service teams to correct the error. I hope this kind of issue does not recur in future visits.

1 1/2 hrs to get oil change and rotate tires. Meanwhile I'm being told I could use tires soon when my car is only 7months old. Commission based sales? Nic my service rep was great. Not his fault at all. I'm not mad at your tire salesman either. He's just tying to make a living. I just want a quick in and out experience without being approached to open my wallet. Again the car is 7 months old and i have already opened my wallet plenty.

I frankly had an awful experience. I had a nail in my tire and was then told by the salesman that I needed 4 new tires because of a nail. Mind you that I bought my car new from Toyota and my tires had less than 11,300 miles! $1000’s in new tires was the recommended solution for a nail in a tire. The salesman also proceeded to tell me that I should get new tires because the treads are worn and will need new ones anyways. I then took my vehicle to get a tire patch for $25 and was informed my treads were 9/13th. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.

I had to ask for a copy of my inspection. I wasn’t given an option to buy a new air filter and I apparently have an oil leak. Nothing was explained.

The service advisor was very friendly and helpful getting. I scheduled my appointment over the phone and the scheduler was able to get me in for service on very short notice. Great customer service / experience.

It was very difficult to obtain this appointment. I called several times (three or four). Niel later told me that the service reps I had talked to over there phone didn't create an entry in your system for me. You knew that I had an appointment, but nothing else. He did a great job compensating for these mistakes of his peers.
