When I scheduled my appointment through the app, I noted that I needed both the recall completed and a 5K tire rotation. However, I was informed the day before the appointment that the comments entered in the app do not come through, and therefore, the recall could not be performed. I had to schedule another appointment for 11/25.
When I arrived for the 11/11 appointment at 9:30 AM, I mentioned that I could leave my vehicle for the entire day to have both services completed. I then had to make last-minute arrangements to be picked up from the dealership. My truck was kept for the entire day, and I was finally able to pick it up around 5:30 PM.

Still have and issue with tire pressure light. It was on steady at the garage. Went back and they checked air pressure in tires. Light was still on. Drove at 55 mph for 20 minutes and light still on. Followed instructions in owners manual, page 523, bottom, for vehicles with smart system and now the tp light flashes constantly. Please advise. Thank you, Skip Rither
My appointment was at 11:45 and I did not get personally notified that my car was done until I saw it in the parking lot. I was there until 1:50 to find out that the on and off button was turned off on my back hatch. Probably on my last oil change filter check. I don't know why I personally could not have been told what they probably immediately identified. I had the volume turned down on my phone being in a public place so I didn't hear the notification my car was done. My person was on break so another person helped me. He showed me where the button was for future needs. When I got to my car it was not washed and i was told it would be. The same guy quickly got my car washed. I took the day off for the appointment and when it was just a button that was shut off some how and I sat there with no verbal notification until I searched out. I should have not been there for almost two hours. I think someone could have said to me the hatch switch was shut off so we will quickly have you back on the road.

Neil is exceptional! I brought my 2017toyota limited to the shop to deal with a problem that was supposedly fixed, but it turned out and it wasn’t. He got to the bottom of the problem and treated me very well through the problem.
