I did take more time than we expected it around 6 hours to be exact! So I call and ask about the status of my vehicle and nobody had an answer!! At this point we are mad and upset of the lack of of communication and professionalism. But at the end Scott backman make it right!! He apologized, explained that they were short of staff and even offered me a lease car to drive and continue with my day!! We had to turn down the offer but at the end we enjoyed the free oil change I understand days get harder than others! Thanks Toyota staff to make right ???? We ll see you next time!!

I appreciated how they worked me in to their schedule when my car really needed immediate attention. The repairs were done promptly so I could get to my 4pm work shift on time. Levi, the shuttler, was prompt and on time, very friendly and personable. Communication with Scott was excellent

I want to give a shout out to Maddie for getting me in so quickly to address this time sensitive issue even when the schedule was full. I want to give a HUGE thank you to Nick for going out of his way to try to get my car repaired and problem solve any viable solutions. He and his team did a great job in terms of customer service. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to find a reasonable fix yet but I appreciate their attention to this and being honest with me about options. Nick has also advocated to Toyota for support to be able to make this much needed costly repair. He has gone above and beyond! Thank you!

I asked if my car could be washed when I checked in and it wasn’t. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I didn’t have the time or energy to go back inside to tell anyone. It makes me wonder if you really rotated my tires and checked the vehicle. Nick was really friendly and I was so hopeful this visit. Maybe next time?!

Service done was great and professional. Only gripe is that I was recommended that I have a $900 power steering pump job done as it was “gushing out fluid” all over my engine bay. I’m a light duty tech at Mccarthy so later I put my truck on the lift and inspected the power steering pump find it to be perfectly fine and functioning. My power steering reservoir is full , power steering works, and the engine bay is clean of power steering fluid. There was however a minor amount of coolant in the area shown in the picture sent with the RO. Please please please make CERTAIN there is an actual problem before requesting an approval on a job. This is a problem currently making mechanics look bad in the industry and can easily be solved by more stringent inspections. Other than that the tech who worked on my truck did an absolutely EXCEPTIONAL job:) I would definitely trust have work on my vehicle again. Thank you!!

James was great!! Very friendly, made sure the services I was in for were right for my mileage and that I hadn’t missed any important maintenance since my car is now at 110K, and he answered all my questions patiently. I always feel like my car gets the best care at Carlson Toyota Coon Rapids and everyone who works there that I have interacted with is just lovely and kind and polite.
