I am very frustrated because the issue with my car has not been resolved. Even after I picked it up, the problem persisted. The service advisor said the issue was fixed, but it wasn't, and asked me to leave my car for a few more days, which is unexpected and disappointing.

The headlight was not adjusted correctly. It is hitting the top of the trees. It took two hours to swap out the two headlights. Please contact me to help me schedule a time to fix the errror.

In order to do the battery related recall I bought a battery from you. In order to do the recall you would have had to remove the battery. Why did you charge me for installation??? That really sours my use of the dealership

I came without an appointment with a definite problem with my car. The person who checked me in - had my car fitted in with everything else going on and was able to correct my problem. They kept me informed and both he and the mechanic went out of there way to solve my issue. Services was beyond extraordinary. Thank you.

I came in to see if they could detect if anything was drawing on the battery but couldn’t find anything. They ended up putting in a new valve on my front drivers side tire. He also gave me a quote on a new fuel pump to correct the gas gauge that is always on empty. The quote was for over $1,800 for a new pump and labor installing it. I went to my local tire shop and their quote for the same thing was $900. This fuel pump had a five year warranty. How could there be that much difference?

Christopher has been THE best advisor I’ve had, he came and checked on me 4-5 times during the 2 hours I was waiting in the dealership, he made sure I knew about the free snacks and drinks in the lounge, and went above and beyond. I have already recommended him to the rest of my family and friends that use Carlson. He deserves a raise!!
