I made an appointment for one thing and realized driving to the appointment I had a second issue. Scott was willing to diagnose both problems. I was really pleased that he determined what both problems were. Scott asked to keep my vehicle overnight so they could get the part to fix one problem right away in the morning. The second problem Scott resolved by getting the current climate control unit working. I need to see if the problem happens again. I appreciated that Scott gave me the estimate in case I do need to replace the climate control unit. Scott is very knowledgeable and I trust what he tells me. He gives me a high level of confidence in what he is telling me needs to be done. Thank you to Scott for helping me with my older vehicle!

Brandon in service has great communication and customer service skills. Explain what had to be done and fixed on our Highlander's recall. He also gave us a time frame on needed repairs. Repairs was completed and we were notified by Brandon in said time.

Accessories manager didn’t make a simple call to the Billy Bar company. Gm promised to something to make up for it and nothing was done. Brad the service manager was awesome though

There was no new maintenance sticker replaced on the windshield. The old one was still there. I wonder if the milage notifications was reentered in the system.
