Nick was kind and tried hard to do the best to fix my car , also Nick makes sure that I got my ride to going safe home and being picked to get my car. Including the courtesy ride drivers were kind and safe to drive too.

We came to Carlson a few years ago because others appeared to be attempting to take $$ advantage. Now apparently you are drinking the koolaid: After routine maintenance, said there was a vibrating noise you couldn’t identify and I couldn’t hear—wanted to investigate further. Yesterday, said there was an oil leak that was not clearly visible, and no evidence on my clean garage floor, but you could fix for $5,500. Then your driver, who obviously enjoy driving fast, couldn’t be reached to pick me up a half mile away until 45 minutes an 4 phone calls later.

Nicholas was unbelievable. I've always had great service at Carlson toyota which is why I take my Hyundai in for service. Nicholas went above and beyond. I do have a little shake at 60-70 after the tire rotation, but nothing major

I am blessed to have an honest place to go to and staff to take care of my car (and me) and tell me the truth about what needs to be done. I am no longer working and with limited income, so doing only what needs to be done is extremely helpful. The men who brought me home and back are gentlemen as well. Just sitting there waiting was a very peaceful experience, and I commented about it. In addition, they got my catalytic converter marked when I couldn’t do it myself. They are a godsend.

The service was perfect. The enviroment is lovely. I am disappointed in the fact that I make an appointment for routine maintenance and it takes an hour and 45 minutes, this time. The last time even longer.
