Brandon Wright helped us with a fairly major service repair on our 2018 camry. We had the water pump replaced. He was so kind, empathetic and understanding. He explained everything so clearly for me and made sure we've were taken care of. Brandon is a ln outstanding representative for Toyota Carlson and I really hope he is recognized for the job he is doing. I can't say enough! Just want to take this opportunity to say how thankful we are for people like him working there. This is the reason I am choosing to get all of my services done at the dealership and not small shops

From the moment I called with check engine light light on until I drove into the service stations things went smooth. Brandon walked out and introduced himself and from that point I knew I was in good hands. He kept me informed at all times with a smile and understanding that cars are great when they work well and stressful and expensive when they don’t. He made sure I was informed at all times and walked out to meet me when I returned to pick up my car. Thank you Toyota for job well done and hiring competent, intelligent, hard-working nice people like Brandon.
