Brandon failed to carry out his end of communication and scheduling on 2 occasions. I've never experienced this poor level of customer interaction. I think the young people call it 'ghosting'. On a scale of one to 5, 5 being the best, I'd give it negative 12 .

The service was great. My only complaint the price. I had a coupon but it didn’t account for much. We have another Sienna that is just a couple years older and my husband had the same work done at another place on the same day and was quite a bit lower in price even though I had a coupon and he did not.

I was told I could get a ride to and from Carlson’s while my vehicle was being repaired. It was an all day job. In the am no car was available and when they called to say it was done around 4:30 and I indicated I had no way to get there no one called me back. Don’t make promises that you can’t keep.
