I was told it would take 1-1/2 hrs. More like 1 1/2 which was fine. Almost 2 hrs went by with no communication via text or verbal. The lady went to check on what issue was. Came back and said waiting for pricing on part. The advisor came to talk shortly after and told me same reason. After another 45 mins went by and hadn’t heard anything. I went back because I needed to get going. Another advisor asked what issue was. I explained to him he looked and info was on the computer at that time. I had already told them I wasn’t doing the repair this appt. By the time i left it was 2 1/2-3 hrs. I feel the pricing could have been text/email to me since I wasn’t repairing it at this appt.
Whoever worked on my car turned the headlights off and turned the main trunk control switch in the glove compartment off, so I couldn’t open my trunk until I figured out the problem. I understand things need to be checked, but make make sure to change it back.
My electric settings were all reset from vehicle locking, seat position, audio settings, etc.
Brad did a great job but the technician that serviced my car , not so much.
I arrived at 5:45 to pick up my vehicle and less than five minutes after driving away, all kinds of electronic alarms went off telling me to see the dealer Fortunately, you were still open, so I explained the issues to Cougar & left my car with you overnight again. Brad called me the next morning to tell me that one of the connectors to the valves was soft and must’ve come loose. He was very apologetic and offered to have someone drive the vehicle to my home. The tech however, should have driven that car after the work to make sure everything was as it should be.

My car was aligned but seems to vibrate slightly when driving a high speed. Will assess tomorrow again and call if necessary
I had to take my vehicle back 3 times and they still didn’t buff all the scratches out of my vehicle. When I took my vehicle in. A service representative from detail shop came and looked at my vehicle. He assured me that they could buff out all of the scratches. They did not. One of the service guys doing the detailing on my vehicle was very nasty to me when I brought my vehicle back for the third time. I am very upset with the service I received. The manager Cougar Knickerbocker was great. I would like to speak with a manager over the detail department. Like I said I still have scratches all over my vehicle. Not to mention there was a problem when I first dropped my vehicle off. They didn’t buff it at all. They did a service I didn’t even want. The manager corrected that. It was a horrible experience.
