I’ve been bring our cars to Frank Leta for over 13 years. We have always come back because of the great service. This last year your customer service has dropped. I pulled in yesterday to the service bay abd I was the only car there. I waited for 10 minutes before my service agent came to my car. I saw him smoking at the door right in front of me when I pulled in. I’m not a fan of service agents no longer coming out and talking to you about any issues found with your car. I strongly dislike the text message that I have to dig through to find the report. I drive 40 minutes to have my car serviced there. I am greatly disappointed in service this last year. I’m going to look for another place closer to home.

Very unhappy with sales dept. Purchased car on 1/5/24 and still cannot license. Frank Leta has been unable to produce a title for me nearly 2 months. I find that very aggravating. The service experience was great.
