I was told my car would be vacuumed and cleaned while waiting for the tires to be replaced (which took over a week) and these services were not completed when I picked up the vehicle. Great job on the tires tho!

Brad was very thorough with the explanation of what was found wrong with my car. He made sure to walk me through the step by step plan to get my car fixed and had my car ready for pick up in 2 days. I highly recommend working with Brad!

Daeja was great! She addressed all of my concerns, communicated efficiently and thoroughly, and the service I received was fast even with a slightly complicated install. Replacing my windshield took care of the few small concerns I had with my vehicle. I love my MDX. I have had a great experience from my first point of contact, Kevin Baker in sales, to the service team. Thanks!

Well I had to wait a week for my appointment for an oil change and when I drove the car the tire pressure was not calibrated correctly so maybe I wasn’t completely satisfied but it was corrected before I left!

As usual, the staff greeted me in a courteous way. I was told approximately how long it would take for my car to be serviced and it was completed around that time. The text messages kept me abreast of the status of my car. Overall, I had a good experience.

I was told that my valve cover was leaking and needed to be replaced. I decided to wait on having that serviced. When I got home and looked my valve cover was not leaking. I grew up rebuilding engines and usually preform my own oil changes but I have another car in my garage that’s being serviced. I have had a good experience in the past at Frank Leta with my wife car under warranty. I don’t like trying to be scammed.
