I just bought my MDX. It took nearly 3 weeks to get a “We Owe” key Fob. I had to engage with senior management at Frank Leta Acura just to get an appointment scheduled. When I arrived in the bay at the time I was told to arrive (4pm), the greeter said I did not have an appointment and seemed to imply I was going to be turned away. I had to involve the service manager (gent with strawberry red curly hair) who had to jump through some whoops to help me. I am grateful to his determination to fix the problem. I live an hour away (Weldon Spring) and I had already driven an hour through a massive rain storm (July 9)to get to Frank Leta Acura.
My salesman (MB Bell) was fantastic. However the Frank Leta “we Owe” fulfillment process was not. I hope my comment helps the process improve.

After leaving the shop, I heard a rattle in my air conditioner. You guys had replaced my cabin air filter so I youtubed how and where it was. When i pulled it I was surprised to find a pile of leaves in and around the filter. I paid $80+ for a $10 air filter and a poor installation to say the least. I couldn't believe that Frank Leta service department could be so shabby. I took pictures and plan on resolving the issue asap

I had an oil change and my wiper fluid was not refilled. Completely out when I went in and went to use it a couple of days after and still completely out!
Still waiting to hear about black weather strip that goes on right side of roof. No one can get me answers.
I have no absolute way of knowing all about the service, but I have always had superb service service results from Leta Acura for 20 years now. End pricing was a bit testy

150 dollars more than Asst Service Mgr's which was adjusted. I'm happee.

When we purchased our van in 2022, we got three free oil changes gifted along with the vehicle. We were told that the Frank Leta Accura dealership would honor these and the Accura dealership is much closer to our house. Both times I have scheduled an oil change, I have had to jump through hoops to dig up historical emails about the free oil changes. I am not sure what needs to happen system wise, but it would be great if the free oil changes properly showed up on the account so that the next time is smoother.
Kevin was great, very communicative and transparent. I always get the best service and trust the work you all do there. The is one thing, but my car was towed in after hours the day before the 4th. On my drop-off envelope, I mentioned I used my emergency key for the first time and it doesn’t work. I had to pay someone $100 to get the car open for my electric battery charger. Anyway, that wasn’t mentioned and I forgot to ask when I picked up the car. I called today, a Saturday, around 1pm and nobody called me back. But I still love you guys.
I'm having a lot of trouble turning my car over now. I went in for a simple oil change it turned into a starter and my ignition switch is not turning this is really unfortunate. I've spent a tone of money on this car and it seems to possibly be partly the shops fault
Cougar and the mechanics are a real asset to Frank Leta. ????
