Waited for almost 3 hrs after having an appointment and you were unable to make the repair since your interior guys did come out because it rained today. I live in St Charles and I feel you should communicate this or give the guy a bay to make the repairs. Waste of my time and I should send you a bill for my time

The last two visits have been extended by sales running numbers on my vehicle. Both visits I visually witness the sales staff enter the service department and my estimated time. The last visit was flagged via scheduling email prior to my 11/2 service. Making the trip to the dealer for is about an hour drive each way. An oil change and tire rotation should not take approximately three hours a visit. PersonallyI have been an Acura driver since 2008 with two vehicles purchased from Frank Leta.

Part was ordered and no call to let me know it came in. Also, thwy didnt finish the job ywsterday but was told it was done. Dove over to pickup the car and found out it wasnt finished.

This is the first time we met Racheal , our previous advisor left your company , Racheal was very easy to communicate with, very polite, and I had requested for a list of upcoming services that needed to be addressed, in the future , and she did exactly that, plus they found some items on the car that will need attention before the routine maintenance items. We bought our 2007 TL brand new from Leta , and your team are the only ones that have work on it .We have always been very happy with the service your team provides and will continue to have only the Leta team to work on our car,I’m loyal to your dealership because your team always treat us with respect. We bought this car for our 25 th anniversary so it has a special meaning to us , that is why we have kept it so long , so Thank You for helping us keep it in tip top shape, your team is top notch Thanks again and will continue to use your services and who knows our 50th anniversary is coming up in a few years and their may be another Leta vehicle in the future.
