Aaron continues to do an amazing job helping me manage this used MDX I purchased back in May. Unfortunately, from the very first two days of having this vehicle, every month has been a major issue or actual problem. To date, I have paid more for repairs and maintenance than I have car payments. After this last fix, my hopes are to be free of any more major issues and only deal with necessary maintenance of vehicle. I feel like a car was purchased in good faith by Frank Leta to pass on to a consumer, but Leta was somehow left in the dark about the truth of said vehicle. We will see as it is now noted.
Oil life was not reset and the oil change sticker was not replaced. Not sure if the oil change was done or not
Kevin was friendly and willing to help. He answered all my questions. I appreciate dealing with the people at Frank Leta Acura.
The work was done in the time estimated and within the bounds of costs promised. I could not have been treated with more courtesy nor more professionalism. My experience was extraordinarily top level.

After having to return to the dealership due to the power outage, which was no fault of your own, I got there November 11, and waited nearly an hour to find out that my part hadn’t been ordered. I called Parts department last week, and was informed that you had that part in stock. Follow up with a call to schedule the service department. I can’t believe that those two departments didn’t communicate. Disappointed to have to come back for a third time to get the job done finally, but I will do it.
Did a good job in talking care of my problem in a timely manner
My husband took the car in and was very pleased with Aaron as he went thru the all point inspection and said we are caught up - nothing wrong and our oil was at 80% and that we should bring it back in after our trip out east as oil would definitely needed to be changed and they would check the car all out again.

.The rep. Did not fulfill his duties from start to finish to get my car checked out upon completion with time maner although I asked him to do so. He ignored me asked"can you checked my car why taking too long" after 3hrs waiting for just inspection and car wash. I had to came out with anger demanded different person to check it out. Turned out the car was completed but didn't turn the key in and that person have to look for the key.
The key is my time is value. Rob should follow the work upon completion and get customer out as time manner.

Rodney was amazing! He thoroughly went over everything with me and checked in several times throughout my visit to update me on the progress. He did a great job making me feel like the priority. Great job and I look forward to working with him again!
