I asked for my seat to be repaired that the dealership ruined and they refused to to it but offered me a discount. They previously told me it would be covered but changed their mind. I will not return to this dealership to have my car serviced because they refuse to stand behind their work.

In our last visit, I decided to use the $500 service credit we received when we purchased the vehicle new ( this was our 2 new Acura purchase) only to be told the program was discontinued. With only 52,000 miles on our car I had paid for the past 3-4 services thinking I’d use the card for new tires or something, not thinking they’d expire the card before you had services you could even use the card for! I think if the card was put out for future service benefit, it should be honored. I spent $345 for a service which I should have been able to use the card for. We don’t put that many miles on our car so I didn’t need any tires or service requirements as fast as you evidently wanted the card used up!

I stopped in and talked to Tyler because I needed a battery for my MDX. He checked to make sure a battery was in stock and made room in the schedule to install it while I waited. He even found a discount to apply. Peace of mind thanks to Tyler!

I was told one price on the phone and a different price in person. The lady in person was very kind and helpful and was able to help with this issue. But it took almost 2 hours to get a doughnut out in my car, and I had an appointment
