Was mislead when I called to make my appointment. Was assured that my issue would be taking care of it the whole reason for me making the appointment was not taken care of. Was very disappointed that I was told that it would be instead they told me that not only they couldn't do it but turn around and told me that the 30 dollar issue would actually cost me 695 plus labor because I would need to purchase the entire lid instead of just the clasp to the lid of my middle console.

Dee is a fantastic associate. So, I always request to work with her. The person that checked me in tried to put me With someone else and I had to request Dee. Also, Dee was not available when I checked out so I had to work with someone else. We did not go over the things that Dee and I normally go over at checkout. I did not request to do so because the checkout ran long because the technician forgot to enter the status of my brakes and tires in the report. I think the technology you’ve added to the process is good, but it would be good to keep in mind that people can’t hear what techs are saying when air ratchets are being used close by. Lastly, technology is great but it is no substitute for the personal connection. I bring my car to you, and pay more to do so, because of the personal trust that has been built over many years.

I had a 730 appointment which took over two hours. When I got home this afternoon noticed where my wife’s car is parked. There was a puddle of oil. That was approximately 4 o’clock. I called your service department and told them I will more than likely likely bring it in tomorrow.

Brake issue still not resolved. Second time I was told that the Service Manager would call me and again, no one has called. Poor management. I came here because it is supposed to be a luxury brand with good customer service and that has proven not to be the case. Carl
