A simple oil change/tire rotation took 1 hour & 43 minutes. Upon arrival for my appointment, it was 10 minutes before an agent came to my window to gather the info needed to begin the service. I was first in line. He was VERY apologetic, too much so. IF there's not enough help, I'd rather reschedule. If this had been my 1st visit to Frank Leta, I'd be going elsewhere. I was also disappointed my car was not cleaned inside & out before it was returned to me. I know this is not your normal level of service, but I was VERY disappointed and frustrated this time.

Brad was great. But I was only there again because a few days earlier, when giving me new brake pads, the service department broke something on the car that made me have to return. So, although the second half of the ordeal was satisfying, the first was not.
