Brad is excellent to work with, however, my TLX is still having issues with the idle stop feature and as of this morning it displayed the message that idle stop is unavailable. This makes me wonder if I just need to trade it in? Thank you!

I came to get an oil change & my wheel key lock was in my glove box when I arrived I have no reason to misplace it.. It had to be taking by a service member or they must have mistaken it for one of there tools like I said I have no reason to take my wheel lock key out of my car that’s where is has alway been

David was very knowledgeable about my car and the issues that I was having. The knowledge and the welcoming atmosphere keeps me from going to a closer Honda dealership for oil changes. Everyone in the service department is friendly, but David was amazing.

Still have no idea why my year old car died completely while parked in a city neighborhood - Cougar had it ckd over & no problems were found - I certainly hope this doesn’t happen again - it could have been a much more dire situation

My car was brought to your location in early August for new transmission. The transmission was ordered and took a while, which I totally understand was beyond your control. However, when I picked up my car (yesterday) after approx 2 months, I was very disappointed my car was not washed or vacuumed after sitting outside in the elements for that long. I know you so not currently have a car wash in operation but it could have been brought somewhere to be cleaned. There were greasy fingerprints outside and inside vehicle. I wiped the steering wheel several times to get the black grease off. Same with other parts of vehicle. This is unlike your facility as I’ve been a loyal customer for many years.
