Stephanie was fantastic! I’m not happy with the service work. Tire was replaced but rim was scratched in the process. This is the second occurrence of service gone wrong at Frank Leta. I’m available to make a visit to discuss my concerns.

It took almost a month to complete a starter replacement. I called on many occasions to speak with my service rep, though many of those times he was “unavailable” and neglected to return my calls. It seems for the first two weeks, no work had been done on my car. They had not ordered the parts. My service rep had apparently quit his job and I was not notified. The service rep who took over was more helpful and did not charge me for labor. Overall horrible experience.

White car was returned brown, looks like it drove through a desert. New paint damage on rear passenger door. Some chemical got in rear window seal, paint started peeling, fresh metal showing underneath. Minor damage to drivers door handle paint, possibly lines up with lift post. Vehicle almost looks like it had rocks thrown all over it now. Engine doesn’t knock anymore though.

I’d like to say thanks again to Kevin. When I purchased my car in December I was promised a new set of wheel covers, that were Never sent to me and my sales person never replied when I messaged her. Kevin seemed knowledgeable about who to talk to, he sent me over to the parts department, and 2 minutes later I had my wheel covers! I didn’t catch his name, but Than You again to the Parts Guy!!! Personally I feel that some of the staff from Preowned next door should work with these guys, so that they can find out what Professional means!!!
