We had a fantastic experience with Cougar. We stopped in on Saturday with a check engine light on in my MDX. We are from Chicago and were worried about driving home. Cougar squeezed us in, verified the car was drivable and fixed the recall for the auto stop while we were there. He took time to explain why the engine light was on and explained the fix for the auto stop issue. He was friendly, professional and efficient as he got us in and out of there in 1.5 hrs. Best experience I have had at a car dealer.

More tables in the waiting room would be nice for those wanting to work while waiting. And...what's up with the car wash? Would be nice to have it in one spot vs having to go another place. As I'm walking out I see cars going through a car wash. Confusing. My service guy was very nice though.

As always, I had a positive experience with my service advisor, Brad! It was great to be remembered from my last visit. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and really listened to my concerns, especially when I tried to describe a noise my car was making. The overall atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and I truly enjoyed my experience. Highly recommend!

Yeah my blower motor or fan or whatever pushes the heater is really loud now that u guys worked in car.
