The customer service was terrible. No one ever picked up the phone. I had to call several times and leave voicemails to get an update on my car that has been with the service department for 3 weeks. Zero communication and then at the end I was charged an outrages amount. Doing research I could have took my car elsewhere for half the price and maybe even half the time.

Travis is a great representative and I appreciate him for all his help. But as for as work wise I feel like they should have been checking all my fluids. And the fact they didnt even know I had a transmission checker stick shows they were not paying attention and addressing the problem at hand but adding other issues that had nothing to do with the problem. Each time I complained abt high RPM and low acceleration and I was ignored. Someone needs to be held responsible.

First, the entire facility smells like cannabis. Then, the obviously high, customer service person, told us this planned service would take 2 hours, after originally telling us 30 minutes. I came back to check after an hour and you said it had been done for a long time. A very bad customer service experience.
