This time was a little bit better but they are slow getting you taken care of I had a 9am appointment and my car sat until I went in to check on it and it wasn’t look at at 3pm wow

EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE! They put in a bad starter two months ago. My car stopped on me 4 days ago and they said “a bolt was loose” I got my car back yesterday, and it just stopped on me again! I will be back for yah to replace it . Terrible experience, terrible service, I wish I could go somewhere else but I’m stuck going here because they messed my car up originally.

I was informed that my oil plug was damaged and they wouldn't be able to change my oil, it was a LIE. I took it to another place and they actually showed me the plug and changed my oil. I very disappointed in them. I haven't had any problems in the past, however I feel that because I'm a female, they tried to do "manipulation techniques" to get me to spend almost $600????

Chad was amazing! Excellent customer service. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and my car was repaired in a timely manner. Chad kept me informed of the status and made a bad situation right. As far as your dealership,I will NEVER, EVER purchase another vehicle from Frank Leta, nor refer anyone to you. All Frank Leta dealerships care about is getting the sale. After I spent a great deal of money on my car, no one would call me back when an issue arose.I left multiple messages over a month's time, with no return calls. I was transferred to management and most anyone else, with zero calls back. I ultimately had to drive 45 min each way to get my issue resolved. Only at that time did Emilio schedule a repair time for me. When I came in for the service, Chad was there and made sure to make that experience a good one. He should be praised for his service, being the only employee at Frank Leta who seems to care about the customer.
