I came in for my oil change and there was a low tire pressure warning on my dashboard. After they changed my oil the light was still on. I don’t think they even checked my tires. They didn’t put a reminder sticker for next oil change on my window. When I asked about the warning light still on I was told I would have to pay a fee for a diagnostics. I realize that the free oil change is free with the purchase of a car, I’m not even sure if they checked my fluids. There was no mention of that on the receipt.

I asked for 3 specific things and all 3 were not confirmed completely done. Specifically my car play has never worked and the rep could not confirm it was now working when he gave my car back. My car play is still not working. This makes me question if anything else was completed.

Josip was quite awesome. Very kind, understanding young man. I'm really disappointed that Mitsubishi quit manufacturing the part I need. It's ridiculous that I now am pushed to looking for a new car because there's no way to fix my car. Very disappointed that there's no option to repair my vehicle.

I was told that the parts placed on my vehicle would make the check engine light go out. When I picked it up the check engine light was still there. I asked why is take. I was told that After I drove it about 50 to 100 miles it would regulate and dissolve. I have driven 100 miles and the light is still on. I need a true mechanic to resolve this problem.

The only thing is no one told me about a mantance package. So when I was charged 24 bucks for tire rotation when cax x does that for free. I was not happy.

My air pressure isn't the same on all tires..I have been in 3 times and still isn't in my vehicle on all tires
