Sam was a great help! The battery in my key fob went dead and my outlander kept locking me out of the car. She was able to get me an appointment quickly, and the problem was solved. She was such a joy to work with and has a great personality.

The circus advisors are top-notch! Everyone at your dealership in the service area is extremely professional, timely and communicate all services needed. I dropped $450 on my 30,000 mile service and felt great about it! Outstanding job to everyone there and your team!

First of all, I did an early morning drop off. I took the time to literally print out the three items that I want done one replace a side panel two safety intermission inspection three and this is the one I was very specific on new rear brake pads… Not pads and rotors. The car in my eyes is still a new status. It only has 65,000 miles. I know enough about mechanics to know that if the brakes are still squeaking and not grinding, they certainly should not need brand new rollers. I feel like I was ripped off to be quite sincere.

Chris was amazing, he dealt with an irate customer before me but still did his job professionally and didn’t let her attitude reflex on me afterwards, i love well trained representatives and will always bring my vehicle in for service there. Thanks

Very nice service person. Was in and out quicker than I expected. I would like some type of text update while my vehicle is being serviced. I know the dealership we take our other vehicle gives text updates from the moment you get there, during and when ready. Thanks!

I was mostly satisfied but the oil change special was was supposed to include a car wash that did NOT happen. Makes one wonder what else was missed.
