Dropped off car for appointment at 10am Tuesday. Did not get car back till 230pm Friday. For the level of work being done that is too long. Engine code was not fixed after spending over $2,000. No i have to bring the car back and will have to pay for another service on the car. when I already paid for a fix that wasn't needed since it did not solve the code. And who knows how long they will have to hold on to my car to complete service this time.

When I bought my car in 2025 I bought a maintenance plan to go with it each time I bring the car in to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. They want to charge me for it. I went to the management the first time I took your car in and they said they were gonna fix the problem. I come back today and there was still a problem with the maintenance plan so could you all please fix the maintenance plan. I pay 900+ dollars for this maintenance plan. I need you all to take care of the problem so that when I bring my car in, they will stop trying to charge me for it. It’s already paid for thank you.

I was looking for a different vehicle that never was available, your company put me in something else and it keeps breaking down so I feel like your company baited and switch and then sold me a lemon and I am so embarrassed and annoyed

I honestly never have a good experience with the service department. The people are nice but nice doesn’t get me what I need. Communication? TRASH. The amount of time I was without my vehicle before even knowing what was going on with it alone was ridiculous. Then after getting the part and told a day it would be ready, I still had to wait an additional 5 days. It’s always an excuse and a runaround game that I hate playing. And being told multiple excuses about receiving a loaner car while I’m without mine is also not enjoyable. People have lives and need transportation. If I couldn’t even get an accurate completion day the least they could do was provide a loaner since I was without my vehicle for almost an entire month. Not to mention I dealt with this same problem when i purchased my last vehicle from Frank Leta. EXACT repeat.
I would rather buy a car from Matilda’s dad than the unprofessional dealership on Saint Charles rock road.
The treat the customers like trash and pass safety & emissions when your horn doesn’t work. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worse enemy honestly.
Well everyone was friendly but I wasn't explained a list of things that I was going to have done to my car. And when I asked it was kind of like God don't you know? But I was given a list of things that were done once I got my car back. The car wash was 7 out of 10. It was like they just hurried up and got it done so they could leave work kind of thing. Other than that it was great

I don't think I received the 10% off brake repair. I didn't get $100 off service over $800.
