Somehow my vehicle was overlooked and forgotten about. They were helpful at 6:30, 2 hours after my 4:30pm scheduled appt, to squeeze my 20,000mile service in before closing but I feel like the service was rushed and I worry not done correctly. And I was definitely put out by the timing issues - I don’t live in Richmond and the service was inconvenient. I was told I’d have to come back the next day!

Thanks for looking at our car spur of the moment. We were traveling and appreciate your help. Only thing that could have been better would have been for your shop to make the repair vs just telling us what was wrong and to take it to our local dealer when we get home. Service advisors were very pleasant. Thank you

Trying to contact the service advisors is very frustrating. They don't seem to be at their station whenever I call. Communication is severely lacking. I may not continue to bring my vehicles for service due to this. Their customer service focus needs work.

I was very upset with the amount of time it took to service my suv. My car was taken back at 4:44pm and I did not leave till 6:40 pm. The only thing I had done was an oil change. There is no way it should take that long for an oil change.
