I was told it would be an hour to have my oil changed. My appointment was at 2. I didn’t leave until 4:10. That was an extra hour that I didn’t plan for. As a person who works 83 hours a week, I don’t have much time to give away.
I dropped my car off at 11:30 for a 2:30 appointment. I can back to the dealership at 3:15 and was told my car was in process. At 5:10 I checked again and it had just been pulled in the bay. I was getting the 40k service which was fluids, an oil change and tire rotation. I was never updated that I would be the last car serviced for the day.

Our Sienna has leaked from the roof console 4 to 5 times. I’m not sure what your technician did to investigate the leak, but we were told there was no problem. We will video the leak the next time and you can keep the vehicle until you find the problem and fix it and give us a loaner vehicle. See you soon.
Matt took care of me expertly and efficiently!!! I had what was to me an emergency and he got me right in to the service department and they got the problem taken care of. I was there at the dealership less than an hour. Thank you to Toyota South and their staff for always providing excellent service. Everyone treats us as family!!
I was very impressed with Charlotte. She listened to my needs and took care of the problem. Her and my tech were great with full communication throughout the whole process. I was there from 9 AM till about 3 o’clock.

I had an alignment today on my wife’s rav. I told them I had the online price in an email for $89.95. When my wife picked it up this afternoon she was charged $117. I had the same service on my rav on October 8 last year. My bill total was $95.35. I’m having a hard time understanding the difference. I’ve been a customer for many years starting back in the early 90s. I’ve always had a good experience there. I’m hoping someone can explain the difference in total price in 3 months. My service was done in a timely manner I did not have to wait long and you guys were able to get me in today instead of Saturday in case of bad weather.
