Was told that the cars sunroof couldn’t withstand a high pressure car wash. That’s unacceptable..I called the Toyota dealership that I purchased it at and they said the same thing. Told him about a couple other issues that I had mainly being that my service is supposed to be free and Heart city tried to charge my husband for the oil change and the tire rotation. So the Toyota dealership that I purchased my car from gave me the phone number for Toyota customer service and we called and lodged complaint with them. This was my 2nd negative experience at Heart City. I won’t EVER go back there!!
They fixed one issue, but not the other one. I have had the same issue since buying the car and get the run around every time regarding it. The drivers windows squeaks so loud, and they keep telling me nothing is wrong with it. Very annoying.
