While on a crosscountry trip, we stopped by to see if they had time to check our car with a problem
At home we need to schedule appoimtments days ahead of time.

I was told they were short-handed so expected a longer wait but I was out in less than an hour even though I was early.
I was made aware of the cost for diagnostic, and the replacement battery to solve my issue. I just think over a hundred dollars in labor to replace a battery is pretty excessive.

The job wasn’t done. We paid for an oil change but NO sticker was put on the windshield as proof of service. I have had many oil changes thru the years and have always had a sticker with auto mileage and date next service is due. Very disappointing.
