Service provided today was excellent and fast. Every person I had contact with was extremely friendly and helpful.
Will be able to evaluate the service work done, after I’ve driven it more. Was given Costs and assessments of trouble areas.
The issue was fixed, but when my doughter picked up the car it had small spots of dirt all over the car. Everything is covered with some type of dirt.
Ricky is great!! It’s so nice to deal with someone who knows his job. And treat customers great!!!

They went above and beyond to get it done
A couple months ago we took our car to get work done and they accidentally broke the windshield which is highly uncommon. Then it took longer than a day to fix the windshield and was very inconvenient to drive to a car rental facility and deal with a substandard car when our nice Highlander was in the shop.
Other Toyota dealerships let me down in the past. Heart City Toyota has not done that and they have always done a great job. They listen to my concerns and repair any of my Toyota issues. They even addressed other concerns they encounter while performing the repair. I would not take my vehicle to anyone else except, Heart City Toyota!
Johns team was Timely, thorough & teasonably priced. Parts Dept was helpful in my probiem solving for a backup key!
