My vehicle went in for a TSB issue, and was scheduled to take most of the day to accomplish. I got a call about 5 hours later and advised it may not be done when originally thought and may take an extra day. But I was pleasantly surprised with a call by service advisor Amanda, that my Sequoia had in fact been completed on time.
All service from heart city is first rate. There’s no one else I’d trust with my truck.
Heart City went out of their to help me. It was a great experience for me.
Everyone is very friendly and professional . My car’s tire rotation was done in 40 minutes. It beats every garage I went in past 38 years! Thank you so much for the wonderful service! Highly recommend!
