Answer the question no, I was not completely satisfied. I feel like I was overcharged in the diagnostics area considering I brought my vehicle in on what is a recall part. I don’t really understand how much diagnostics can go into that especially to the tune of 175+ dollars

I am not happy with the diagnostics fee. I have not had time to review the report from the insurance company, but the appraiser mentioned a fee from the service department that was separate from any body shop fees.
