Overall, the service experience was good — the oil change and 5,000-mile service were handled well. However, I mentioned an internal rattle coming from the driver-side rear door area (around the handle) that happens when driving over bumps. I was told the issue was the roof rack being loose and that it had been re-tightened, but the noise is still there. It doesn’t seem like the source of the problem was actually checked within the door panel. The vehicle is brand new, and while I appreciate the quick service, I’m disappointed that the original concern wasn’t properly addressed. That’s why I marked “not completely satisfied.

I arrived at 7:27 am for an appointment made online for 7:30, right when you open. I pulled up to the garage doors. I stepped inside to let someone know i had an appointment and would be dropping off the vehicle. The reply was “we dont open for 3 more minutes” i said “ Ok, do I need to go back outside?” The reply was indistinguishable from the person, so i waited outside until 7:30. Then another person came outside and expressed that “ you cannot pull into the door my car was in front of because it had a cone in front of the door.” I said “ok, no problem, i can move the car.” After they moved vehicles inside the building, they motioned me to come in. Then is when they asked if i had an appointment? The soft skills you have with your workers and how you treat people for a TOYOTA represented dealership are not good. Are all toyota owners treated this way when they bring a vehicle in for service? I would think that the service department would certainly be more courteous and respecftful than how i was treated.

I scheduled the earliest appointment available (8:15 AM) hoping I could be in & out quickly. I was told it would take 45 minutes but it took 1 hour 15 minutes. I was told “they got a little backed up”. You were only open 45 minutes before my appointment; how could you get that backed up?
I’ve tried several times and somehow it doesn’t seem to get to you. I had a lot to say I guess it was too much for you to get.
