Your service dept is always perfect. I’m very happy with my car and service.
When I made the appointment over the phone I explained that there was a rubber strip on the roof of my car that kept coming loose that I wanted them to look at. Sarah said it was a common problem and they would fix me up with no charge. However, I noticed when I got home that there was an $85 charge for putting it on. I called and left a message but did not get a return call.
Service went very smoothly.
Michelle is very professional, compassionate, humorous and makes sure I have a clear understanding of what service was performed on my vehicle and always takes the time to answer all my questions, no matter how busy she is.
