Great job

First off I dropped my truck off pretty much Tuesday (6/8) after having an appointment for a week. I didn’t hear any communication about my truck being looked at until Friday after a called a few times and it sounded like they were just getting around to it. The only quote I received was for around $1700, both on the phone and from the text quote I still have $1771 was what I was expecting to pay. Getting there I find out my bill is closer to $2300 which is a pretty outrageous jump to me that I was not prepared for. The lack of communication all week then that big of a miscommunication was extremely irritating. Thankfully Sara was wonderful and worked with me to get the price down around $2000 but that is still way more than I understood i was going to be paying. She mentioned writing the issue down and talking to a manager about it which I hope something good comes of. I’m thankful for the good work that was done but my experiences in the last have just been much better. The miscommunications about that amount of money could be detrimental to some families and it makes me double think about bringing my truck back there in the future

This is the best vehicle I have ever owned. Always driven Chevrolets. Sad to learn the Kalamazoo Toyota sold to denooyers. Always have good service from the Battle Creek Toyota dealership team. I am looking forward to the Avalon coming back next year. I would definitely buy another.
