Courtney and others were excellent, anticipating my needs.
It took six trips into the service department for our issue to be resolved. Our negative experience was 100% caused by Toyota corporate and their inability to provide a solution within a reasonable time.. Sara and her team were very professional and committed to provide us with a solution. We are satisfied with the solution that was finally provided by Toyota corporate, but very dissatisfied at the number of trips to the service department required for a resolution. Sara provides exceptional customer aervice!!

Great service and great facilities.
I brought my vehicle in and suggested that the issue could be the thermostat. Instead of checking the thermostat the technician let the vehicle run for an hour hoping to duplicate the issue. I was there for almost two hours, paid $75 and lost who knows how much gas

My appointment was on Saturday to change my stem on tyre I got in with my car waited for about 3 hrs and after 3 hours Sara comes and tell me that it’s taking more time to fix it you should leave your car and go. Upon that I was like yeah cool, I went to grab my home keys from my car and I see that my car was parked out all the time I was sitting there without even someone looking at it. I took my keys and went home and than I get a call on Monday evening that my car needs further more inspection and it’s not ready. On Tuesday I get a call my car is fixed I went to pick my car and Sara said they didn’t change the stem but they twist it where I can fill in air, I was like you told that my car was fixed and upon arguing for 10mins she said she will have technician fix it right now and I had to wait for 1 hr more. After that I took my car and I was driving back check engine light popped up, worst experience and service.
Did a 10000 mile service and should only done a 5000 mile service ..
Everything was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.
Always satisfied with the service. Courtney has always done a great job taking care of our service needs
