The labor was over 3 times the cost of parts... I understand everyone has to make a living but those prices are unaffordable these days. I appreciate my service help from Courtney and Sara - they are great and always do their best to help me out. But I'm really disappointed in how high the labor cost is now.

Lost keys, didn’t start working on car until 2 hours after appointment. Staff was apologetic but non the less the lack of timely communication made for a wasted day. Have typically been very happy with the service, doesn’t help that this was my wife’s first time here.

Car hasn’t been able to start since I picked it up last Saturday, only way to start it is to jump it. Brand new battery in the vehicle. Original reason for me bringing in the vehicle to Sunshine was to replace the right brake light, it still has not been replaced.
