I was made to feel welcome from the very first contact with your employees. Every single person I had interaction with was very kind and in a good mood. This is quite a contrast from what Im used at other dealerships. You obviously treat your employees well and that is passed on to your customers. Would have appreciated your giving us your test result, planned repair, your expected time to complete your work, and expected time vehicle would be available. The only reason I learned the status of progress came from my walking to the work site.

3+ hours for a tire rotation and oil change and flash the backup screen recall.
Had to really pry to understand how/when the engine recall will take place. Was told I was “on the list”. Asked where on the list, was told “last”. Had to ask what that meant in time and was told “months .. we’ll give you a call”.
Still not clear if/when tail light recall will occur.

I actually don’t care to hear from anyone from Sunshine. My concerns will be directed to Toyota once I have amply calmed down to have a reasonable conversation about how upset I was with this entire experience.
