Jackson was great…helpful,supportive and informative. The waiting area was cold, uncomfortable and tacky. Slam, bam I want your money man. Your customer service has gone sub getting to digetal “improvement “ is not working. Rick in the parking lot was most helpful.

Mr. Jackson is always so helpful and keeps me updated on the progress of my vehicle when I’m waiting.
I don't understand why when I made the appointment the services I requested were supplements to the car service. In fact, the amount to pay was $0 and when they did the car service they charged me one that according to me should not have had any charge, that is my only inconvenient My wife couldn't do anything about it because she didn't even know what to expect, she just paid for the service without understanding the reason.
The requested service of checking brakes was not performed.

Keith is great. He worked with the warranty company on my behalf and answered all of my calls and questions well.
It felt very impersonal and that they didn't really care about my time since I was just there for a reclass appointment.
