Jacob was great at communicating and trying to solve the problem but I am unhappy with the amount of undisclosed information while buying a $32k car from this dealership and I am very unhappy that I made an appointment to fix the issues that this undisclosed info caused and during the 6 hours that they had my car there were no fixes done. I live an hour away and it is beyond inconvenient for me to have to make multiple trips to try and get my car fixed or get my car back from repairs that I am hoping will happen soon. Again, I respect Jacob and his communication and help during this process but I am definitely less satisfied by Toyota of Greer as a whole than I was last week when I purchased this vehicle.
Have done business with Toyota of Greer for 12 years? And 4 new Toyota vehicles. Always great sales and service provided.

Not having a child/room or an area to remain in for the 2 hours that I was there for a simple oil change and tire rotation made it very difficult. Now, to address the time taken for the completion is another matter that needs to be addressed. Please consider this constructive feedback and make some changes.
Very disappointed car washes are no longer available. I was told not since Covid. Covid is now over so time to bring it back.
All I got done was an oil change and tire rotation and I was there for almost an hour and a half. My truck also sat outside completely finished for almost 30 minutes before I finally went up to someone other than Keith and asked him if I could pay and leave. Really sad and poor effort.
My car is at the dealership since last 10 days and I am still not aware about what’s the problem with my car
Everyday I am getting a call with new information sometime it’s fixed and sometime it’s not.
On Saturday I got the information that the car is fixed and I can take home but when I tried driving it went dead.
I don’t know what should I do if a dealership is not able to find out the problem and update about the solution.
Keith is really helpful and try to support but I need a clear picture about my car so that I can take decision to move forward.
I cannot keep on hanging forever.

There is an extreme lack of communication within your dealership. My husband and I have purchased four new vehicles from your dealership in the past and all service for those vehicles have been done at Toyota of Greer. My husband passed away in December and every time I have been in there since then. It is very apparent that I'm treated differently because I am a woman. I will not be returning.
