Great Customer Service Attention.
New text service didn’t work correctly. I received the texts several days after the service.
Also, repeated confusion about the care service package has been frustrating. It seems we have to confirm the multi year care service we purchased every time we bring the minivan in for service. And every time we are being pushed to pay for additional service. The sales pitch given to us when we purchased the vehicle along to pay for the multi year service agreement doesn’t match the service experience now one year later.
