You tried to up sale me like all dealerships. Thought y’all might be different but you are not. April was just doing her job . You wonder why car dealerships have bad reputations but some things just never change. Don’t let it hurt her. She is just doing as instructed but she is an asset to your dealership.
It took two hours for an alignment. Checking in I was greeted by someone with an iPad… only after I walked up to him first… he asked me for my name and the vehicle info and directed me inside to a specific person by name and description. That individual acted like he was too busy at the moment. Once he got a free second he then asked me for the exact same info as the person outside (what was the point of the individual outside if the questions are duplicated as soon as I get inside). When checking out I wasn’t given a description of my alignment or status of the issues listed by the service rep in the aforementioned two hour wait. My reason for bringing the car there myself was that my wife had brought it in the past and always felt like the service reps were pushing product because she was a woman which I have to say I noticed with an older lady next to me in the waiting room. This was the last time any of my vehicles will he serviced at this location. You should really get some training and take notes from the Fred Anderson GM dealer service center right up the street because they have consistently been a respectable, efficient and stalwart company with work with. I will be asking them to find the new Tundra I plan on buying in the next week or so rather then coming to this location.
Noticed a quite large Ding on the rear driver door. Very disappointed since I do PDR for a living and knew it wasn't there.
Pleased with the service . Leonard is very courteous and helpful . I enjoy talking with him .
I was told my Tacoma had wireless Android Auto when I bought it but now I'm told you guys can't make that happen.
