Tom greated me when I pulled in the service garage. Upon exiting my vehicle I asked him if there were any oil change specials? He responded very rude to me No and that he cannot make any money off of oil change discounts. I asked him how much was the oil change and he replied $99.00. I responded to him, I should go to Firestone and his response to me was I can cancel your appointment as if to say he didn't care if I got my oil changed at Chrysler or not. Upon the completion of my vehicle I paid for my service and walked out the door to the side of the building. I did not see my vehicle so I went back inside the garage area and asked Tom where my vehicle was and he stated it was on the side. I went back outside to locate my vehicle but it was not there. So I asked him again. This time he came out the building and did not see it himself. He then asked me for my key to locate the vehicle and it was at the back of the building with other cars. Tom did not give me the customer service that I have ALWAYS RECEIVED IN THE PAST. I make a special trip to drive to this location from Conyers because I like the service I receive from the employees at this location. I feel Tom should receive more customer service training.

I spent 3 hours today getting my oil changed and an induction treatment. This should have taken about 90 minutes . My service advisor, Bobby, left his station when the paper work was delivered and apparently didn’t have a plan to get me on my way! This probably added at least a half an hour. I am a 85 year old man who gets “very ill” when my time is needlessly wasted!
Appointment was 09:45 for an oil change. Service was complete after 12:15, waited over 2 hours. While I can understand staffing shortage issues, it would have been appropriate to notify me of the situation, providing some updates which never occurred.
I was satisfied with the personability.
Area of improvement: I was told an estimate of 45 minutes. So I waited. Something happened with another vehicle that delayed my work. I wasn’t told until I asked at the 1 hour mark. Then another 45!before done. I was ok with the delay but would have liked to have been told when known. I have this same issue with my business but thought you would want to know.
Kali was very thorough in giving me current findings and those that may arise! Paperwork was very detailed! Also, Blake was very informative!
Keep up the good work and I suggested that the kiddie room be given a detailed cleaning! Glass areas included and a waste basket be placed therein!

Kali did an admirable job, she reviewed all aspects of the service and segregated the items covered included as incentives for buying the Jeep vs those which were out of pocket. She communicated well and advised me as soon as the service was complete.

My husband and I have had a few bad experiences with service here lately and were looking at forgoing our maintenance package to go somewhere we would be better taken care of.
