I was under the impression that my labor charge would be about $50 for .12 hours work. My charge was actually $109.

After waiting approximately one year for a fuel module replacement Recall , I finally took my Ram 2019 HD 2500 , which I originally purchased at Mall of Georgia Dodge -Ram for the Fuel Module Recall repair, On Monday 5-8-24 , I Took my vehicle for that fuel module recall ,the very next day service representative Jason Reese , tells me the part was on back order , i left one message with no call back , two hours later I asked to speak with Service Manager Jason Reynolds’s , they told me he was unavailable ? Later in the day a service manager Eric Chavez, called and stated that his trusted mechanic for my fuel carburetor replacement was backed up with two jobs and couldn’t repair my truck until the following Tuesday , after speak with Eric , I’m satisfied with his explanation and his assistance and honesty to my concerns . I told Eric to keep my vehicle at the dealership until next Tuesday to make the necessary repairs on my fuel module carburetor . Miguel C
Good job today and good timing
Need to make it easier to actually pick up the vehicle when it's ready. First guy sent me outside, then I was sent back to cashier, she gave me the keys and I went back outside. The truck wasn't there so I asked a service guy and he told another guy to get it. Then 5 minutes later they asked what kind of vehicle I had. 5 minutes later guy pulls up with my truck and just walks away not even saying a word.

Jason was Great and kept me informed
I went in with a non working windshield wiper motor. They said that they still needed to diagnose the issue. The cost was $200.00, only for them to agree with me that the motor was going bad.
To fix the problem they wanted to charge me almost $1000.00. Outrageous.
So I ended up picking up my vehicle with the same problem I told them about, but $200.00 less in my pocket.
This was a rude awakening why I try to avoid the dealership for servicing.
Kali was awesome! I spoke to her in person at the dealership while my Jeep was being serviced and then 2 additional times on the way home over the phone. LoJack was having trouble on their end and she made every effort to make things right on her end, which she did. The problem was with LoJack. Thank you Kali!
This was our first time using Mall of GA Jeep and we were very pleased! You had our vehicle for less than 24 hours and service was completed. Communication was superb with emails, texts, and phone calls to let us know diagnosis and service progress.
