Please don’t ever change the way Akins does business. It is the last American home town place, that makes you feel like family. From the daily devotions on the table to the coffee and soda, everyone has a smile and a kind word.

Rolled in service center close to closing time just to leave my car for a service. The service writer me if had time to wait they would go ahead and service it while I waited. That was great and saved me another trip back to the dealership to pickup my car.

Matt was extremely helpful. I asked him for some warranty information and he got it for me right away. The only thing that bothered me was when I checked out, the young lady that helped me didn't go over the bill with me.
